MODU-X workshop series: Systematically finding the right modularization strategy
Are you also facing the challenges of a heterogeneous product portfolio and want to reduce the number of internal variants through modularization and standardization? As part of the MODU-X workshop format, a team of at least 5 participants from the project partner and 5 participants from IPEK will jointly develop a modularization strategy and an implementation roadmap for this strategy within 5 workshops.
