INNO 3: From future scenarios to product profiles in three days

Experience new and proven methods of product development by applying them to your specific problem in a compact 3-day workshop. The dynamic nature of the markets poses challenges and uncertainties with regard to the future environment and the needs of tomorrow. A structured approach to identifying potential for future-proof products is therefore necessary. We have developed a compact format for this with INNO 3. Under the guidance of up to five scientific employees, you and your team work with us to develop future scenarios in order to anticipate alternative developments in the customer environment of your products. Relevant product characteristics are derived and product profiles defined on the basis of the insights gained. These describe open solution potential fields for products and systems, taking into account the needs and benefits of various stakeholders. In addition to the potentials developed, you will take away new methods for your day-to-day business from the workshop.
