Scenario technology - strategically anticipating the world of tomorrow
The future is uncertain and therefore harbors risks for the strategic direction. The scenario technique offers a methodical approach to anticipating the possibilities for development and the future environment. In five steps, identified factors are systematically projected into the future onto the environment under consideration and developed into consistent, alternative scenarios. This approach has proven itself in a wide variety of applications and offers valuable knowledge for strategic orientation in companies as well as for further use in product development for concrete product planning. In this 2-day workshop, you will gain an overview of foresight, the scenario technique and possible applications. In active phases, you will create scenarios based on a key example and thus gain a high level of application competence in addition to theoretical knowledge.
