The CAE workshop in the winter semester 2025/2026 will take place from 16.03.2026 to 27.03.2026. The registration is done via ILIAS. The deadline for registration is 21.02.2026 um 23:59 Uhr. Applications received after this deadline cannot be considered. Please write your motivation (max. 80 words) in the field when registering for the ILIAS course.

The number of participants is limited. All registered students will be placed on a waiting list upon registration, regardless of their position on the list. Following the registration period, participants will be selected by random draw. The time of registration will not be taken into account. We will inform all applicants of the outcome of the lottery by email via their student.kit.edu address. We ask all participants who are successfully selected in the drawing to confirm their participation within a specified period. If they do not do so, students who were not successfully selected in the drawing will have the opportunity to take their place.

The exam will be in written form and can only be taken in german. The CAE workshop can be credited as an elective, optional subject, additional subject, or supplementary subject. Details on exam registration and exam content will be announced at the beginning of the workshop.
