The Offering Phase in the SGE - System Generation Engineering is a specific Early Stage of the SGE (Albers, Rapp, Birk & Bursac 2017) starting with a customer request (e.g. OEM) as an initialization and ends with the submission of an offer (e.g. form a supplier) as specification.
